保存建議	凍干蛋白應(yīng)在 -20°C 下保存 1 年。復(fù)溶后，在 2°C 至 8°C 下最多可保存 1 周。在含有載體蛋白或穩(wěn)定劑的緩沖液（如 0.1% BSA、10%FBS、5%HSA 或 5% 海藻糖溶液）中進(jìn)一步稀釋后，分裝的蛋白質(zhì)應(yīng)在 -20°C 或 -80°C 下保存 3-15 個(gè)月。避免反復(fù)凍融循環(huán)。

背景

GDF-2 belongs to the TGF- β cytokine family, whose members play an important role during prenatal　development and postnatal growth, and the remodeling and maintenance of a variety of tissues and organs. GDF-2 is　expressed mainly in non-parenchymal cells of the liver, but is also found in other various cells and tissues. GDF-2 can signal　through the ALK1 receptor, and has been implicated in a number of physiologic events including the regulation of the hepatic　reticuloendothelial system, glucose homeostasis, iron homeostasis, and the inhibition of angiogenesis. Recombinant Human　GDF-2 is a disulfide-linked homodimeric protein consisting of two 110 amino acid polypeptide chains.
